Training plans
Set each session up once: add the exercises, give each a starting weight, sets and rep range, and drag them into the order you'll perform them. From then on a session opens already knowing what to aim for.

Nothing here yet. Add the exercises you do on this day — you can reorder them at any time, and change anything mid-session without it sticking unless you say so.
Treadmill ladder
The blocks the interval session runs through, in order. Rest is offered before each of the 15 work blocks, capped at 60 seconds.
Weekly rotation
What “Next up” walks through. Any session can still be started out of turn without upsetting the order.

Treadmill — clean transitions
The ladder never changes, so this is the number that matters: how many of the transitions you took with no rest at all.
Sync between devices
Sessions are stored on this device. To keep the MacBook and iPhone in
step, the app mirrors them to a private GitHub Gist — free,
private to your account, no server. Setup is in README.md.
The token is all you need. The same classic token Weight Tracker uses works here; this app keeps its own separate gist.
Advanced
Filled in automatically. Only set this by hand to point the app at a specific gist.
Your data
Restoring merges the backup into what is already here; the more recently edited version of each record wins. Nothing is deleted.
About
Weights in kilograms. Progression is double progression: reach the top of the rep range on every set and the weight goes up next time with reps reset to the bottom; otherwise the reps go up. Any exercise can be overridden by hand, and an override always wins.
Skipping an exercise is not the same as failing it — progression picks up from the last session where you actually performed it.
